missingWrote a review on Dec 09quad roomroom servicelimited dining
The quad room with a balcony provided extra space for relaxation, offering a nice view to enjoy the outdoors. Room service was a highlight, making it easy to unwind after a long day.
The dining options were limited due to the small cafeteria, which may not suffice for larger groups or longer stays. There was some inconsistency with the restaurant's standards. the initial experience was decent, but meals seemed to take longer to deliver or came out incorrect later on. The café closure really constrained drink options, leaving guests looking for alternatives.

I loved the location, just a few blocks from Calle Crisologo. The family suite fit all six of us comfortably, with two bedrooms and a small kitchenette. Breakfast was fantastic, especially the danggit and hot cacao drink. The staff impressed me with their courteousness and attentiveness. The place was clean, offering a relaxing atmosphere. However, the shower curtains were problematic, kept coming off, and the shower temperature was tricky to manage. Despite these hiccups, our overall experience was wonderful. I'd definitely recommend staying here.

spacious room with sitting area, small kitchen, quiet but convenient location
The Cafe closure limits drink options!!! No official receipt for food orders creates unnecessary confusion!!! The hotel restaurant's declining standards are disappointing!!! Make ordering food more reliable!!!

I had a pleasant stay in a spacious one-bedroom apartment that felt like home. The beautiful garden area and the fantastic spa for relaxation added to the charm. Just a minor hiccup with a slightly outdated gym equipment didn't take away from my experience. 😊
